This is useful on lasers and other machines which may support multiple pierce cycles.
Primecut can lookup codes to insert into the program from the database via $PIERCE_METHOD_STR$.
The currently supported Pierce Methods are
dbpmNone : No code is inserted
dbpmPulsed : The Pulsed Pierce Method Code is inserted
dbpmStandard : The Standard Pierce Method Code is inserted
