Sequence Warning

If the user has selected under user settings  (Sequencing > Order New Processes by Rules and Warn On Bad Sequences) then the following will be applied:

New tool processes and processes copied from parts to the plate, will be automatically reordered where they violate the following rules

internal after external  (any process associated with cutting a parts external path must be done after its internal processes)

prepierce after pierce

roughing after milling

parent spindle process after child (child processes are for example countersinking and tapping)

Due to the possible complications, bevel processes are ignored, and overlapping spindle processes are not reordered.

If the controller has sequence warnings enabled, (Embedded Program Warnings -> Warn On Sequence Rules, as well as Embedded Program Warnings ->Inhibit Warnings turned off)  the sequence tree order is checked again on scheduling for violations, and the warnings are inserted as G code comments

e.g. Sequence - internal after external: grp 2 #1 is after grp 1 #3

To resolve the bad sequence warnings reorder the sequence tree manually or with Optimize Order.

To turn off not just sequence warnings but also automatic ordering of new processes/ part processes deselect  User Settings > Sequencing > Order New Processes by Rules and Warn On Bad Sequences.

Note that sequence constraints due to different repositioning zones (E.g. for LVD Impuls laser postprocessors) are ignored/fixed automatically.
