Often you may be given a DXF drawing containing several parts. PrimeCut provides an easy way to break such compound parts up into individual component parts, so that these may be nested efficiently and easily.

1.Select geometry defining a single part within the geometry editor.

2.RIGHT CLICK and from the context menu choose Harvest Job Item....

A new part will appear in the Parts Navigator containing only the geometry you selected. The original compound part is unaffected.
