This function is used when you are creating 3D developments from thin gauge material. It is used to add a tab to those edges that will meet once the part has been folded. The tabs can then be folded together to create the final development.

1.Select the path you want to add a tab to, then RIGHT CLICK and select Create Seam from the context menu.

2.The Seam Wizard will be displayed. Experiment with the different settings at the left hand side, and press the Apply button to see the result.

3.To exit the wizard without adding any tabs press the Cancel button. To apply the changes press OK.
