Most of these settings are used to calculate handling and processing times and subsequent charges when a quote is created. They have no effect on the NC program that is generated and can be modified to best suit your quoting.

Generally the speeds, accelerations and toolchanger parameters will be set up by Kinetic and won't need to be modified.

The Machine Cost Per Hour and Machine Charge Per Hour are important when quoting and will be unique to your company.

The last two settings Plate Prep Time and Plate Removal Time are not used for the quote, but are included in the time for the job at the Scheduling stage so that you can account for loading and unloading times.
