To create an arc that lies along three points:

1.Select the Arc 3-points tool

2.Select the Start point

3.Select the Mid point

4.Select the Finish point

Notes:

- The points cannot be collinear.

- The direction of the circle goes from the Start point to the Finish point via the Midpoint.
