Drawing Commands Reference

The Geometry Editor allows you to add simple geometry to your shape (lines, arcs, text and points). These entities may be added by selecting the entity to add from the toolbar and selecting the locations to place the geometry.

The Line, Arc and Text tools allow you to create the geometry in a range of ways. The down arrow next to the tool button allows you to change the current option for that tool.

Each tool requires you to select at least one point on the editor to place the geometry. So that these points may be accurate the geometry editor displays coordinate constraints boxes and prompts you for the type of point expected.

Note: if you Revert the part any geometry you add or modify will be lost. You may wish to use the Create Part From command to save your changes as a new part.

Note: You can Right click on many of these tools to enter Repeat Mode
