Leader Dimensions, often referred to as Callouts, are used to annotate parts of a drawing.
You can select a Dimension Style, which controls how the dimension is drawn.
Enter the Text to add to your callout, and select two points, the first being the attachment point of the leader line, and the second being the location of the text.
