Dynamic Plate Processing

Dynamic Plate Processing allows plate applied processing to be preserved and transformed as the nested parts it was applied to are moved or arrayed in nesting mode. With this function off, the plate-applied processing is simply removed when the parts are moved or arrayed (this was the old behaviour).
There is a User Setting (ALT-U) on the Processing tab , in the section Check Leads...Dynamic Plate Processing.
It is recommended that this be checked. It enables a recent feature which allows processing that was applied to raw part geometry nested on the plate to be moved with the parts as they are moved in nesting mode.
Even if a part is arrayed, its processing will be cloned from the first cell to all the other cells in the array.

CAUTION Although the processing is moved with the parts, it is possible that some processing may interfere with other parts if some care is not taken. For this reason it is best still to either pre-process the parts before nesting, or nest then process the plate (refer Part Processing vs Plate Processing). It does however allow small adjustments to be made without having to reapply processing.
