Lead comments provides a means to insert blocks of code within cutting processes at certain predefined points. They are commonly used to enable and disable height control for example.
Leadin Postfix
Codes to be inserted immediately after each leadin line. Codes are postfixed (appended) to the lines. Not inserted if there is no leadin.
Pre-Leadin
Codes to be inserted on the line preceding a leadin. Not inserted without a leadin.
Post-Leadin
Codes to be inserted on the line after a leadin. Not inserted without a leadin.
Pre-Path
Codes to be inserted before the actual path geometry begins, ie after the leadin. Inserted regardless of whether a leadin exists.
Post-Path
Codes to be inserted after the actual path geometry ends, ie before the leadout. Inserted regardless of whether a leadout exists.
Pre-Leadout
Codes to be inserted on the line preceding a leadout. Not inserted without a leadout.
Post-Leadout
Codes to be inserted on the line after a leadout. Not inserted without a leadout.
Pre-Corner Loop
Codes inserted on the line before a corner loop; typically may be used to turn off height following.
Post-Corner Loop
Codes inserted on the line after a corner loop; typically may be used to turn height following back on.
Pre-Crop Line
Codes Inserted prior to cutting a crop line; may activate some special treatment to ignore loss of arc for example, or to edge start.
