This will select the main part of the cut or bevel process, if a leadin or leadout is selected.

 

 

FYI, the shortcut keys for these have been chosen as follows

Alt I for leadIn

Alt O for leadOut

Alt K for body, because it is "between" I and O on the keyboard (just below actually!)
