For some machine configurations the NC Preview Pane will not display correctly.
This may be unavoidable for certain 3rd party machines whose language we can write, but not read. For these set Show NC Preview Pane to false.
Bad Bevel Preview for Touchcut Machines
On Touchcut machines, certain settings can cause this display to break, especially when using bevel tools:
NOTE Incorrect display in the preview pane does not necessarily mean there will be any issues cutting at the machine.
It is caused by the bevel A and R words not being recognized when Primecut is trying to read codes to reverse engineer the geometry. This is because :
•EITHER the Tool select is ambiguous between cutting and beveling tools...
•OR the G1,G2,G3 prefixes are being skipped.
It can be fixed with the following THREE changes to the post:
1.Add a unique comment to the start bevel tool select , eg (XPR BEVEL);T2(... in the postprocessor settings.
2.Set "Omit... Prefix" to false on Rapid, Line CWArc and CCWArc postprocessor settings:
3.Set Skip X,Y Pos if Same (under Miscellaneous) to false
