Once you have entered the Line Charge parameters and Total Charge parameters click on the Recalculate button in the bottom to the left of the totals in the quotes editor. This will give a summary of the calculation and a Total Charge value for the quote.

This should be done whenever Quote Properties have been changed.

 

A more in depth summary can be viewed by click on the Analysis button at the bottom of the screen.

 

Note Fixed Line prices are not affected by any recalculation.
