Integration between a TouchCut controlled machine and PrimeCut NE nesting software is possible. This can be used for a more instantaneous and traceable communication between the nesting office and the profiling machine as well the ability to go paperless as relevant information regarding the nest is displayed on the machine controller.

When a nest is Scheduled using PrimeCutNE to a TouchCut machine that has Integration enabled it will appear in the Schedule tab of the General page in TouchCut. The order of nests displayed matches the order defined in the Schedule page of PrimeCut. When the operator has finished cutting a nest they Reconcile the plate in the Schedule Page of TouchCut,which is communicated back to PrimeCut acknowledging the plate has been cut as well as number of parts for re-cut, notes and remnant information.
