Extra Processing is a collection of optional charges, to cover extra processing that may be performed on the part, e.g. grinding, folding, painting, welding etc. Double click the line item, and go to the Extra Processing tab.
You have a choice of Folding, Galvanising, Painting, Priming, Rolling, Sandblasting or any other extra processing you choose to define (see Off Machine Processing) .
The Notes field can be used to convey information about the extra processing or used in conjunction with the Additional Work option to specify a extra process that doesn't appear on the list.
The extra process charges can be allocated per line item, part, thickness or weight as shown below. The default charging rates for the extra processing can be set in the Process Data.
