As of version 4.5.507, Primecut has a new tool (Fillet Selection) for quickly filleting a large number of corners simultaneously.

NOTE Be aware that filleting with a radius smaller than the cutting process kerf offset is not advisable, in the best case the fillets will have no effect and be eliminated by kerf offsetting at the machine, and in the worst case the cutting machine may not be able to run a program with tiny arcs.

There are also Postprocessor Filleting settings (per tool) that can be useful, particularly on lasers which may not like sharp corners, to implicitly filter out sharp corners and replace them with fillets as the NC program is generated.
