If the customer accepts your quote, you can convert the quote to a workorder to begin making the parts. The Win/Create WO button becomes available once a quote has been posted. When aquote is won a dialog appears which allows you to enter the customer's purchase order, enter a Job number of required, and to see how you want to treat any nested dummy plates:
1.A new workorder is created, and all line items from the quote are copied into it.
2.The new workorder will maintain a link to its original quote for reference.
3.If it was a nested quote, you will be given the option to copy these nests from dummy plates to stock plates, or potentially to create new preorder plates. In the example above, there is matching stock for two of the plates, but not for the third. You can double-click it or right click it to choose what will happen with this dummy nest. (If there is No Matching Stock, and Copy to Matching Stock Plate is selected, the nest will be discarded as there is nothing to copy it to.)
4.The quote state is changed to Won, and it will no longer appear in Active Quotes.
