This imports Materials (Grades) and Thicknesses. Material Families, Material Aliases and Material favorites cannot be imported at this time, they must be configured interactively in Primecut. As this is populating two tables in a master-detail relationship (tblMaterial and tblMaterialThickness) there is often a lot of repeated material specific information between thicknesses of that material. If there is a conflict, the last one wins.
The columns are:
material- the material or grade name.
thickness- the Thickness in mm. In mm unless specified, see Units Used in CSV files. The combination of material and thickness should be unique.
density- the material density in kg/m3
matTag - an optional integer to associate with the grade
description - an optional description of the material
touchcutName - an optional string sent to the machine to specify which set of setting the machine should use. Often simply "MS" for various grades of mild steel for example.
costPerKg - optional cost price per kg of material
sellperKg - optional sell price per kg of material
thkTag - an optional integer to associate with the grade/thickness combination
productCode - an optional string designation associated with the grade/thickness combination
